PROUD OF OUR ALUMNI
Meet our former Baseball & Softball Alumn’s
Deanna Ebert
Deanna is a proud alumna of the Long Island Storm Fastpitch program, where she made an immediate impact as a pitcher on our 16U team while still in middle school. Even at a young age, Deanna demonstrated the talent, determination, and maturity that would later define her softball career. Her competitive spirit, strong work ethic, and commitment to her teammates made her a respected player both on and off the field.
Throughout her high school career at Bay Shore High School, Deanna continued to excel and established herself as one of the premier players in the region. Her accomplishments include:
• All-County Honors
• All-Division Honors
• All-League Honors
• All-Tournament Selection
• Team MVP
• Second Team All-Long Island
While Deanna's athletic achievements are impressive, what stood out most during her time with the Storm was her character. She consistently displayed leadership, humility, and a team-first attitude, earning the respect of coaches, teammates, and opponents alike.
Today, Deanna continues her softball journey as a student-athlete at Farmingdale State College in Farmingdale, New York. We are incredibly proud of all she has accomplished and grateful to have been a part of her development as both a player and a person. Deanna represents everything the Storm strives to instill in its athletes, and we look forward to following her continued success at the collegiate level and beyond.
Allison Weston
Allison is a proud alumna of the Long Island Storm Fastpitch program in New York, where she established herself as one of the organization's premier outfielders and a consistent offensive contributor. Her outstanding defensive play earned her the Long Island Storm Gold Glove Award during the 2015–2016 season, and she was later recognized with her high school's Gold Glove Award during her junior year.
It was during her time with the Storm that Allison discovered her passion for competing at the next level and set her sights on collegiate softball. Through hard work, dedication, and perseverance, she achieved that goal and now competes for Wheaton College, an NCAA Division III program in Massachusetts.
Like so many successful Storm athletes, Allison's impact extended far beyond the field. She was known not only for her athletic ability but also for her character, leadership, work ethic, and commitment to her teammates. We are incredibly proud of all she has accomplished and are honored to have been part of her softball journey.
